Adjustments to PHP script based website needed

Hi,

I got a website up and running based on a pretty basic PHP script where some parts are copyright protected and encoded. I would need some smaller adjustments and some features added to this script and would need someone experienced in this kind of work. Please write "phphelper" in your answer so I know that you read the instructions. The main points are:

- Implementing ajax funcitonality in the existing search box so it automatically shows results (think google search).

- Adjusting right column so I easily can add banners that fit correctly.

- Adding a page whit "submit-form". The form does already exist but I need a particular page with the same form.

- Adding contact us form. Also, this is pretty much finished, only need correct implementing.

- Add newsletter form submissions, which should be based on the particular "tags" the posts are marked with.

- Adjusting a rewrite future (htaccess) that currently isnt working properly.

- Eventually integrate twitter and facebook functions so new posts automatically show in the feed of those pages

- Add banner area to bottom of site
