Convert a 1 Page Template into WordPress

I need a highly experienced WordPress Designer and Developer to convert the content page template from the following website into WordPress:

Now, please keep in mind that you will NOT be converting this whole website into WordPress, instead you'll creating a content page in WordPress that looks exactly like the content pages on this website. So, that way when a user clicks on the "Blog" hyperlink, then they'll be taken to a WordPress 1 page website that looks exactly like this website, with numerous blog entries that they can read. Once their done reading the blog, then the user should be able to click on any of the navigation links which takes them back to the orginal website.
So, here's what I need from this project:
1. Convert the content page from the [url removed, login to view] website into WordPress that allows for easy blog content management.
2. Clean up any of the CSS and any of the non-CSS code as needed.
3. Optimize anything that needs to be optimized so that the website is as fast as possible.
Anyway, this should be a real easy project for the right person. In addition, I also need somebody that would be able to do this work within 5 days or less. Timing is of the essence here - I don't want this work to drag out for any longer than it needs to be.
