Convert six page html website to wordpress

I have a six page html website that I need converting to a wordpress based site.
The site is currently live, the wordpress development needs to be carried out first in a sub-directory, then moved to the main URL when its ready to go.
I have configured a base-install of wordpress and mySQL already in the sub-directory, it now needs the html and css from the main site applying to it.
*IMPORTANT*
The site must be replicated EXACTLY including all meta-data. There is current ongoing SEO work on the site, so this must NOT be interrupted when the wordpress version goes live.
All pages MUST be content managed as is possible with wordpress; there is a news page that should be set to be the wordpress blog page.
All current response forms need to work as they do now; the technology behind them can change, but they must still be sent to the same place.
