Custom Wordpress Theme Needed

We need a custom wordpress theme that has the same functionality and look as the foodgawker website.
The wordpress dashboard should allow us to easily post images, manage submitted images and links and manage all the functions of the website without having to do any additional custom coding.
At the very minimum, these functions should be present:
- ability to post images as posts and allowing the images to be collated on the home page in a grid-based, 6x8 layout
- there should be a function to easily socially share the images via social sharing buttons or an "addthis" bar via a pop up on the image when the image is highlighted
- a pop up box which displays the title and brief description of the image when it is highlighted
- a function which allows registered users to add an image to their favourites and display on the image the number of users who have favourited the image
- display the favourite images of a logged-in, registered user
- a function which allows users to submit images, descriptions and links for approval via the moderators and which gives the user a preview of how their submitted images will look like on the website
- allow the user to sort images by category, date and submitter in an easy and user-friendly manner
- allow the user to see the most popular posts of the last 7 and 30 days
The theme should also be SEO friendly.
We are open to having you modify an existing grid-based theme as as the reflex theme [url removed, login to view] or create a custom theme from scratch. If there is a need to modify an existing theme, we will supply the theme so do not include that price in your quote.
