Customization(Design and Coding) of OSClass(classified) script

In this project I will need custom design(theme) and re-coding of this free classified script,

like adding new features, upgrading of current features and to just polish the rough edges of this osclass script.

So I have decided to go with this great free classified script:

It is a great light weight script and great start to build on.

It is free, so all info you need is there, they have docs and support forums very well organized and documented.

I will not lie and say there is just few things, but there isn't very much hard work to do either.

I already have a list of things needed to be done, but we will do things also as we go(along the way).

I will write some of the main things I needed to be done:

I will need custom Logo and Design/Theme

My idea for this site is to be very easy to use, but with many features, something like google or similar sites user friendly sites yet advanced in features and options.

I want site to have some inviting colors, look and feel, but to look highly professional as well.

About color scheme, I think combination of white, grays, black and red.

As I already said I want site to be web2.0 based, very easy to navigate and use with that professional look.

So in the end I need, home page, listings page, item page, submit item page(register, contact us, my account, etc.. can be used/done from these pages)

General features:

- Adding subcategories more than 1 level deep(basically unlimited) in CP(Control Panel) off course.

option to flag/select subcategories in which adding listings will not be possible.

- Upload pictures on the fly, to see when every picture is uploaded, not when you click submit button for ad publishing, like this:

- widget search by item id

- Display certain double currencies in for some categories(on listings and item view), option in CP

- custom fields from CP to have option to be included in search filter for categories where they are in, also order by option in CP of that custom fields, same order can be used for filters, in item listing and submission form.(will be explained more)

- search suggestions, there is search log plugin in so this can be easily integrated

- This is just a check to see if you read this description, so please include number 22 in your message,

- user can't post more than X ads in same category(write msg. and URL of the offer below) option in CP for restricting that:

- payment option(packages) for having more than X ads, assign that rule to certain categories, for example up to 5 ads, up to 10 ads etc...

- widget(like side bar) for premium ads displayed in certain categories

- Messages/notifications below header just above search box, only yellow, read and green and size width same as webpage, auto off/disappear after 10 seconds

- I will also prepare document for each of the main pages(Home page, listings, item/ad page, my account, publish ad) for its functionality and how things should be working and displayed on them.

Mainly it will be about "how to" implement things from above + some more little tweaks.
