Bluetooth and IrDA device component for .NET Compact Framework

A component or custom control is required which will transfer a file binary/text/image etc.. from one device to another via an avaliable option i.e. Bluetooth or Infra red. The component will be used with out existing code hence there needs to be no User Interface. The component needs to work with .NET Compact Framework 1.1 and 2.0 compatibile and usable from Visual [url removed, login to view] 2005/2003. The component needs to check the device and see which option is available Bluetooth or Infra red if both are available then given option to select one manually default being Bluetooth and then transfer file. Further once the file is transfered it needs to give a "transfer complete" signal to the sending device program. Need very good Exception handling.

Please be sure that the component needs to support all types of bluetooth stacks wincomm/boardcomm/microsoft.

Please be sure this component needs to work between device to device and NOT PC to device. Hence sender will be a Pocket PC and receiver will be a Pocket PC. For e.g. OBEX File Transfer.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Pocket PC 2003/2003 SE and Windows Mobile 5. Compatibale in development environment with Visual [url removed, login to view] 2005/2003. Supports .NET 1.0 and 2.0.
