Bluetooth hand's free software in c#

We need a c# project with source code and support that:

Using the widcomm bluetooth stack must control a cell phone via bluetooth.

Features requested:

Priority I:

- automated procedure for pairing the pc with the telephone

* wizard with bluetooth discovery

* automatic reconnect of the cell phone when in the nearby

- hand's free calling (using PC speaker and microphone, Audio Gateway BT service)

* for incoming call the software display caller ID and Accept, Mute, Reject buttons.

(you can see these functions in action in the BTTray from Widcomm Bluetooth, we asked them support for c# but they did not support us even if we have bt sdk)

Priority II:

- hand's free calling

* compose a number and make a call

* read from phonebook (missed calls, last dialed, received etc)

* send, receive sms

- use the phone as gateway for internet in GPRS and UMTS modes

There are function that aren't compatible on every make and model of cell phones...we need to support NOKIA and SAMSUNG for now.

We need only c# code without graphics, only a demo form.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
