I need a cartoon-style illustration of an upright vaccum, drawn to look like it has human features (eyes, nose, mouth). The illustration needs to be combined with text that says, "What's Your Cleaning I.Q.?" It should appear as if the vacuum is speaking the text (open mouth). The font style should be bold, easy to read, and more "fun" than Arial or Helvetica.
The vacuum illustration and text must be combined into a graphic element that can be used in print and online. The graphic should be rendered in color so that it is "eye-catching."
The Seller should provide the graphic in two different layouts: (1) horizontal, and (2) a layout that is basically square (roughly as tall as it is wide). The Buyer requests that the final graphics be provided in three formats: (1) Photoshop, (2) jpg or gif, and (3) tif
The Seller must agree to unlimited revisions until the "look" the Buyer is seeking is obtained. It is suggested that the Seller submit a "rough" sketch of his or her design early on in the design process for the Buyer's feedback.
A sample of the style of vacuum desired is attached, for reference only.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
