Coding of a custom designed Wordpress website

Hi there,
I'm looking for a reliable Wordpress coder, who can implement my own design for a business website.
I want to use Wordpress as CMS mainly without blog functionality. The website needs 2 templates (Homepage attached, other pages will look just a little bit different and each one has it's own header picture) and has an easy navigation with menu and 1 submenu.
Homepage includes Nuvo Slider (that shows the linked page's header picture, title and subline), normal content and then 3-9 little teasers at the bottom, which should be easy to configurate, also with a little image or external link.
Lightroom gallery should be possible on all pages. Image Rezise, File Download and 1 contact form.
Then optional (please quote extra!)
- an integrated custom designed newsletter system with subscription form, recipient-database, statistics, split test, the usual stuff
- an integrated blog (yay, in wordpress :), also with Lightroom function
- 2 different forms, that will be automatically emailed as a nice PDF to the client, once the user completes it online. Both of them requiring at least 25 fields and one needs file upload as well (choose image or PDF)
I'm looking for a serious coder, not a cowboy.
Please add 2-3 similar references of your own, that show plain nice SE-friendly code. The final website should also be up to latest safety standards.
If collaboration works out well, there are probably more jobs to come.
