wordpress site few changes

I have a bilingual website made in wordpress (qtranslate plugin) and need someone to make few changes as listed below:
1. English navigation button 'Home' opens Slovenian home page (and not English). Need to correct that. All other buttons work perfectly in both languages.
2. Archive links (which are now at the right side of the page) should be moved to sub-page of the home-page with navigation links as listed on attached picture. Be carefull with English and Slovenian month names.
3. Need to correct text on articles on the main pages... now text is below pictures, but should be right-aligned with them.
4. Need to have a Most Viewed articles page.
