directory link listing with specifics

I need a link directory that can sort the listings by two categories at least so for example: if it was used for restaurants then you could press a single button to see all the indian restaurants OR you could press another button to show all the restaurants suitable for a date. So each listing could be in more than one category. Also I need it to bring up listings within the browsers set distance from their postal code. The main index page needs a thumbnail of the listing The listing also needs to have a link to the respective website All listings will be added from the backend and maybe just a contact page on the front if someone wanted to contact me regarding adding a listing I have a jpg or what I have an idea for this to look like but I am flexable as long as it looks profession and within my set colour scheme. I have seen various cheap scripts on [url removed, login to view] that does alot of these features but not quite all of them or the right presentation. I dont mind how this is done but the professional presentation of the front page is very important.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
