We need to have the houses designed using Chief Arcitect Software, and we need floor plans, outside rendering, inside renderings and structural drawings. We have a picture of what the house should look like and there will be changes in the floor plan from one house to the other so this may be an ongoing project for the right individual. We need 6 to 12 designs. All simple, no garage, and the houses are 600 to 1500 Square Feet. Qute per house
