Convert DXF manufacturing drawings (of mechanical components) to PDF using Solidworks

I am looking for a company which can produce the pdf manufacturing drawings from DXF files. I estimate there are 80 to 100 drawings - but you can take 80 drawings for your consideration and its more than 90 than I will pay more proportionately.
The manufacturing drawings need to be made according to DIN ISO norm , as an example I am attaching a "sample pdf file".
You must be familiar with Solid Works 2012 or 2013 in order to do this job and being a mechanical engineer will help. you will also need to sign an NDA.
If this can be done over the weekend ( that is, delivered by Monday), I will give a higher priority to whoever can deliver by Monday - though a couple of days later is fine too but you need to specify if you can work on this over the weekend.
If you prefer to work on an hourly basis, please let me know so I can convert this project into hourly (If I choose to your bid).
