C4d Expert - Texture repair

I have a vehicle model prepared in Maxon Cinema 4d.

The model is perfect but the texture mapping needs attention,

I have a psd file that wraps around this model but its not 100%

true to the psd file and needs a little work.

I believe that C4d can interchange files with 3DS MAX so possibly

it could be repaired in that application and then converted.

I think that it may be best for a 3D expert to re-texture the entire vehicle, instead of trying to fix someone elses errors.

C4D will import 3DS files so the re-texturing can be done in 3DS if you want BUT you cant use any PC Texturing tools.

I would like extra lighting and some static scene cameras setting up as well as a few fly around cameras so that I can output small movies.

I am on holiday next week and want to close this off before I go, hopefully having the textured vehicle sorted for my return.

See the model here but the problems are at the corners of the vehicle where the wings run up towards the roof. I have manipulated the design to avoid them but I dont want to do that.
