We require a dialer solution that will dial numbers from a table and mark each as a "good" number (person answers or answering machine) or "bad" number (no longer in service, area code split). All "good" numbers need to be recorded, the entire greeting ("Hello" and answering machine calls) for later playback in .wav format (or something that can be easily converted to .wav)
