Create HTML pages from template

The job is pretty simple - but has to be done with care. Only people who know HTML and can work in HTML code should bid.
I have a site which has static HTML pages. I want someone who knows HTML to create pages for my articles.
I have a template page for the articles page and the bidder has to copy my articles in [login to view URL] and create article pages for my site with proper breaks for paragraphs and keywords in bold. Some article pages will need the Resource box from the Ezine articles to be added - while many will not require this.
Then a link to the new article page needs to be added to the Category page after this is done.
Thats all the work that needs to be done
Once this is done - the bidder will send me the pages and i will check and upload.
