Design Template required for a Journal website

I need a Design Template for an Educational Journal website. Selected designer will have to provide mock-ups in jpeg for clients approval, he will have to make changes till customers satisfaction. After approval of jpeg design, designer will have to provide html + CSS + PSD. Please show your current web-designing work. Your work should be of the quality as in websites given below :

Sample sites are : [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]

Content and images are almost same as in [url removed, login to view] except title of the site which is Journal of Pure Applied Industrial Physics

Please note designer will have create only home page (do not bid for complete website).

I will award project to designer who can show me PSD or JPEG file and its converted HTML template.
