Convert a Squarespace (static) site to a standalone site on a IIS server

We have a very basic site on Squarespace and we need to make a copy (without any copyright infringement, of course) and place it on our own IIS server. So any fonts on Squarespace needs to be replaced with free fonts. The images on the site are our own free-to-use images. The new website needs to be fully documented and easy to edit for a non-technical person.
