Phase 2:

Under Support & Supplies the specials or current products would be displayed with a sell price. I also want this to back to back with eBay so I can select from my site back end to push to my eBay store or not.

The second part would be to display service agreements terms when mouse hovers over a current product for example “rent this today at no upfront cost for just 1c a copy, contact us about a service agreement”

Phase 3

Create a log in section for existing customers that displays their account balance from xero, current product purchased, if under service agreement and any service history.

Also display associated consumables with their product and allow for service request form or Consumables request order form.

Brief:

The website front end is designed to clearly display what we do but without too much information the intention is to capture as much information as possible in an interactive manner without much phone contact so we can qualify the request and make a call.

Functionality we want it linked to xero and have a portal function for the client but limited to just view and consumable ordering and service request.

We want to have a section where we can upload copiers we may have in stock to the store for advertising and also linking to eBay for sale and capturing those requests.
