I have two errors occurring on the mobile version of my site ops-academy.com.

1) Two menus appearing. There should only be one (keep the 'white' menu button, remove the 'black' menu on the side bar).

2) The white menu is dropping down without a user needing to touch the menu button. This should be changed so the user needs to press the menu button.
