Basic Scheduled Task Application for Windows 2003

I need a basic scheduled task application for Windows Server 2003 x64 edition. Please see other details below.

Application will read location of two files from an txt file (config file) and execute them. Between executing them, it will send a keystroke "F5" to one of the applications. After some time (i will define this time in config file) Application will do all above steps again. Application will run in an infinite loop. Until i kill it. Application may have a tray icon, if possible.

Flow :

1- Application will read location of first executable from config file. Something like C:\directory\[url removed, login to view]

2- It will execute [url removed, login to view]

3- It will send F5 to [url removed, login to view] window

4- It will read location of second executable from config file.

Something like C:\directory\[url removed, login to view]

5- It will execute [url removed, login to view]

6- After defined timer. Lets say 2 minutes. Application will do step 1-5 again.

*******VERY IMPORTANT******

Application will work in a remote desktop session and while DISCONNECTED STATE.

For testing this you can connect to a remote pc, run your scheduled task application and close the remote desktop session by pressing X. Remote desktop session is now in DISCONNECTED state (user is logged in but inactive).

Project will be not accepted, if application will not run in DISCONNECTED state.
