1. A Mobile Application for Android that functions as a "hotspot" but its only purpose is to passively store all the MAC addresses that connects to it (extra ball 1: stores all the MACs that pings the hotspot; extra ball 2: determine all the extra data that can be known and stored about a MAC ie. signal intensity). A very simple interface to select the hotspot SSID and access the stored MACs should be provided.
2. A Mobile App for Android to actively scan for MAC addresses. Idem interface.
