Wordpress Migration of Plugin Data - WP Product Review to Taqyeem

We are using a plugin, WP Product Review, that we've been using for around 24 months.
Essentially each review we write, we score using this plugin. We wish to switch to another plugin that uses a more feature rich scoring mechanism, however we cannot manually go through each review and re-score.
We know this is possible as we've had a quote from another Wordpress consultancy, however from the response they gave, they delivered a very unsatisfactory price point.
Our requirements are to deliver a mechanism to allow us to migrate individual or bulk articles from the WP Product Review data to Taqyeem, our new plugin choice. This should be able to be run multiple times.
