Re-install WordPress Sites to remove a virus from my site

I have few sites hosted under one CPanel account with a hosting company. My sites were attacked by hacker and he modified some files.
I will give you my cpanel username and password and you should do the following:
1. re-install all wordpress core files and plugins from the proper source
2. delete all unknown folders and files from my cpanel directory.
3. make sure virus cannot replicate itself again in my hosting.
Note that I have applied virus scanning on my server but the virus was able to reproduce itself again and again.
