asp.net 3.5 EASY BASIC FORMATTING NEEDED NOW-SUPER QUICK

I NEED THIS DONE RIGHT NOW, SO DON'T BID IF YOU CAN NOT DO IT NOW.

hi this is a super easy formatting only job. asp.net 3.5

i have 6 asp.net pages that have simple fields. and text. very few pictures. basic html.

i want the pages changed a bit,moved a bit, and a background image placed and some new images added .

i am providing EXACTLY what i want the page to look like as a photoshop file

Attached i have included what i currently have and what i want.

Additional Specs:

1. I want the page centered

2. i want everything on the page to stay in place at all times

3. i dont want any of the vb code adjusted in any way

4. use css

5. fileds are based on sql server and are already created
