Adobe AIR application modification

I am looking for Flash/Air professional to modify existing Adobe AIR application. The task is removing hard-coded URL within the AIR app and place the URL string into a local xml file(configuration file?), so that I can change URL myself.
This should be easy but must have building experiences of AIR application.
