Looking for an Double Sided flyer to be designed.

Design needs no graphics. It is a simple black and white layout only.
You simple need to pick fonts and sizes and make it look professional.
We have 20 of these to be done and we will award the other 19 in a separate project to the winning bidder of this project if they complete the project and do it well.
So please let your bid reflect 1 layout only.
You are much more likely to be selected if you show a sample of how you would layout this flyer.
