Hiring after effects artists to add motion graphics to live videos

About us: Sales for Life ([login to view URL]) is a leading global education training company that has provided sales training solutions to thousands of sales professionals around the world, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

What we are looking for: We are building a team of offshore motion graphic designers right now.

If you are selected for this position, your job would be to take our existing live action videos and add motion graphics to it with a goal to:

1. Enhance the overall value of the video;

2. Make it more engaging and;

3. Help us connect with our audience at an emotional level.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Videos would be shoot on a green screen and you would have to remove the green screen and color correct the video. Replace the background of the video with a picture or an another video depending on the context.

2. Add words, small sentences or pictures around the live instructor.

3. Add a banner on the bottom part or the top part of the screen.

4. Replace the live person screen with animated motion graphics (Ideally the duration of this kind of motion graphics should not be more than 10 seconds, however, you can definitely increase this duration if you think it will improve the level of understanding of the video.

The Future Scope

We need to produce thousands of videos and this would be a continuous job.

There is also a possibility of a full-time position if you perform well.

This job post is for a paid test project. We will pay you on an hourly basis for this test project. Please indicate you hourly price in the cover letter.

We will give you a small 30-60 seconds sample video and you would have to add motion graphics to it to improve the overall value of the video. You are free to use the above 4 points or add your own creativity. Remember the goal: to enhance the value of the video and to make it more engaging.
