READ BRIEF. Very simple AE edit, and create one video based on template.

I have three AE templates. I need you do a very simple edit in all three of them. The black box (light blue in one of the templates) where there is text, I need to make slightly transparent. See screenshot below. Here is one of the templates for you to review: [login to view URL]
When this is done, you have to create one new video based on the template.
I will send you the exact content you are to change out. If you look at the screenshots in this folder: [login to view URL] , with numbers on, those refers to the content to be changed. I will give you a word doc with the content.
The most important part of this task is the following: You have to make a screen recording as you do the task. No voiceover. But from start, including opening the template, and until you start rendering the video I need a clean and nice screen recording. Meaning you cant mess up anything, or use very long time. Should not take longer then 15-20 minutes to change out the content.
