I need an app that can quickly send and receive money, uses gps location to find other users in the area that are using the app as well. Sender needs the app to send money and receiver can get a code if they don’t have the app in order to redeem the money later on. When receiver downloads the app, they can redeem the code and get their money. There is a 3% charge on the receivers end when withdrawing the money.
