The app has already been designed in Framer. We need someone to take that and develop the app in flutter for ios and android.

The app will need to be attached to a Binance Smart Chain wallet and allow the individual users of the app to withdraw a specific amount of BEP20 tokens to their personal external wallet for a fee that the user will pay in BNB from their wallet. The specific amount they can withdraw and intervals will be predetermined by a simple mathematical formula that can be modified by the administrator.

To summarise:

This will be a simple app that will not have that many features other than providing individual users a specific BEP20 token at regular intervals. When the user presses the withdraw button, a request should be sent to the user's external BSC wallet for a fee paid in BNB. The BNB will go to a wallet associated with the app and then a transaction to send the BEP20 token to the user will be authorised and the user will receive their tokens.
