Create Android Java file reader for channel lists

We need a file reader (read only) for a binary file type containing technical TV channel data from Samsung TVs. There are open source projects in C# and Java doing pretty much what we need, so adapting that code will be fine. The reference is [login to view URL] (follow links to similar projects)
The code will not work with our files without change, as they are not zipped (Chansort requires the zipped version). There is a total of 6 platform generations we want to read (marked C,D,E,F,H,J). We have plenty of sample binary files and will provide a sample for reading D-generation binary files in Java.
At the end, we need to fill in at least the details of the following XML:
