I started a mobile app with restapi backend, however couldn't complete due to lack of time. It is a very generic app with a lot of examples available and should be straight forward for an experienced mobile programmer.
It's a simple app with map (Google Maps and openstreetmaps) which shows the live locations of the items. Opening view is a Login-Registration view. If the user logged in, then a map screen with menu button at upper left corner (with a picture). All information (user information, item location) are saved to a DB (can be postgresql or mysql) using a restapi.
One can even start with an available template app like XUber etc. and modify it.
I assume it will take few days to complete it. Additional payment is possible for some small extensions in the application.
