Players Training, Database and Analysis Mobile Application and Server

Hope all well.

I am starting Online Training and Learning Work. For the same I am looking for someone who can design some Mobile App and Database Storage Server.

I am looking for a Person who can Design Mobile Application and Database Server which allows me (As a Coach / Trainer) and my Students to create and maintain Players Info and Game Database with Analysis...

First Phase (Part 1) : In a Week

1) Design Simple Mobile App and Database Server which allows to store Student's Game XYZ : Photo (Upload by Student) along with Date, Tournament Name, other details which allow filtering later. Remarks..etc

2) Allow Trainer to check Photos from Application and allow him to make Remark, add Suggestion Document / Analysis Report against the Game XYZ

3) Log In via User ID / Mobile Number for Security perpose

4) Student's Daily Report / Month Report

5) Training Module : Allows Admin to give some Study Materials to revise before Tournament Start

6) Target Achieve Award / Points Win / Gift if Student Achieve or WIN Tournament..etc

Phase 2 : 1 Week : Allows to get updated details from Web Sites for Tournament Results, New Tournament

1) Get updated for new Tournament Uploaded

2) Tournament

3) World Player's Raking Report and History from Excel Report....etc

Phase 3 : Other Suggestion while allow and get more Students Online, GIFT, Online Purchase,Point System..etc
