Offline capable IONIC ticket sells app

Looking for a programmer who can make an ionic2 ticket sells app that will also handle the checkin. Should connect to existing wordpress website reserve some tickets and flag them as reserved on the site, keep the locally to counter bad internet connections. Then synchronize whenever there is internet connection. Login with existing accounts on the website and layout will be determined by the role of the user logged in.
I know a bit off ionic and am still learning so this is to quicken the development for a client. But i should be able to complete this app and make necessary adjustments. I just need the core working and setup with the latest ionic. The new ionic grid system would be cool so that its also desktop friendly.
