Create a 3D animation highlighting footage from our company's videos

Our company conducts multi-camera, cable news-style interviews with attorneys across the country. The lawyers join the interviews from their own offices using webcams. We need a one minute 3D animation that uses our own footage to show how the process works and highlights our many clients.
We previously worked with an animator who got us about 80% of the way to a final product. There are still some changes we would like made, but unfortunately, he is booked up until April and we need the changes made by the end of February.
We are looking for an animator who can reinterpret the work that has already been done and incorporate the changes we still need. There will be room for your own stylistic interpretation.

And here are the changes we would like to make.
1. When the camera moves from video to video, we would like to change the position of one of the attorneys. I have attached a picture to show the change. Instead of his current location, we would him shifted to Colorado, where I drew the yellow box and where the current animation has a red box popping up.
2. Changes to the final overhead shot.
2A. Make all the video shapes bigger.
2B. Angle the video shapes up toward the camera so we can see faces better.
2C. Increase number of video shapes.
2D. When the camera move starts, we should be able to see some of the map, but as the camera gets higher, the entire screen gets filled by video shapes, blocking out the map. The blocking out should happen by the video shapes getting bigger and more of them appearing.

- Interview footage
- Potential client stock footage
- Outro logo animation
