ASP.NET (VB) Developers Full Time - repost

We’re an online web development company with a head office in Toronto Canada. We’ve been successfully hiring developers from Pakistan, India and other countries for the past 4 years. We would like to hire more staff for long term.
Please note that we’re looking for asp.net developers using vb.net not C#. Having PHP skills is recommended. Resumes that don’t match these skills will be ignored.
We're flexible with the work hours, so you can select any 8 hours from 7 am to 6 pm (GMT -5) which is 4 pm to 3 am Pakistan time.
We require experience using Visual Studio 2010 or 2012, SQL Manager 2008. We are looking for young developers who are familiar with using asp.net controls, and linking them to SQL data source parameters in design mode, not just in code.
We’re looking for someone who’s open to adapt to our coding style and work as part of a team.
You’ll be working from home. So you need to have a reliable internet connection, and a power backup.
We're offering a basic salary of $600 (Canadian Dollars)/month + $5/hour for over time. Overtime won’t be available until you’ve proven to be productive and fast enough. This normally happens after the first 2 months.
