I own a small design firm, specializing in Houston remodels. The City of Houston permitting center requires MEP's for all condo remodels, no matter the scope.

I already have design renderings completed and approved, however I am in need of the engineered drawings to obtain city permits.

I need these completed within a week if possible! Basically, I need plumbing & electrical only as we are not performing any mechanical changes.
