Update Architectural Plans for city

I had these plans drawn up by an architect but have found that the building cost is too expensive so we have to make changes to the plans. Originally the plans called for a subterranean garage but we will not be adding it because the cost is too cost prohibitive.
We are now just making changes to the current 1st and 2nd floors.
NOTE: Work must be performed by Engineers/Architects who are licensed in CALIFORNIA.
