Simple Note Software MVP (BUILT ON A NO CODE PLATFORM)

A very simple web and mobile site with 3 main features. (MVP)
Problem: I am always texting or emailing myself notes to remember throughout the day, articles to save, youtube videos to rewatch, information I get on a phone call, etc.
I asked my instagram followers who else does this and realized a lot of people do.
I threw together a landing page and started a waitlist + started taking preorders for a huge discount and already have collected money.
I need an MVP that users can do 3 main things:
*First Feature*
- make an account
- be provided with the twilio number I bought
- be provided with an email address
- Save the above phone number and email in their phone as contact "NoteHero"
- text or email their note hero to have their notes go straight to their digital notebook.
*Second Feature*
- If they email their NoteHero *the SUBJECT LINE* they use will auto create and sort the "note" (email body) into a new folder matching the name of the subject line
- if they text their NoteHero *they will use a #* that will auto create and sort the note (anything before the hashtag) into a new folder matching the name of the #
*in both cases once a folder is created, if the subject line or # is used again, notes will be sorted to that folder
*Third Feature*
A simple input box feature where users can have NoteHero send them an email or text with the in out of their choice, for example, text me at 10am to write 10 things i'm grateful for today and send to my gratitude folder or email at 9pm to review my day and plan for tomorrow.
I am looking for a highly minimalist Minimal Viable Product as I already have people ready to get on early access. Speed is key for me.
