Two story, flat roof home with full concrete basement. Ground slab has to accomodate vehicle hoists and jacks.
* Basement to be suspended concrete slab above inground slab with minimum columns to allow for car parking and installation of vehicle hoists. Basement internal height to be 4.25m.
* Land is 55.2m deep, 16.85m frontage, gentle slope to rear of block with land able to be levelled off as part of site works.
* 7.6m set back from front boundary.
* 0.9m set off from side boundary upper basement and ground floor.
* 1.5m set back upper floor. Prefer offset is on left side of block.
* First floor level not to exceed 1.5m above ground level.
* Home overall height not to exceed 8.5m from ground level.
* House not to exceed 373.6m2 land area.
* House and garage internal space not to exceed 590m2.
