I need a Commercial Architect
$8-15 USD / hour
The business model is a PlayCafe & Spa, it will be designed with boutique play spaces for children. The play areas will be hands on, most spaces will be facilitated by a Playpal Instructor. Some areas will allow independent play and equipment exploration. The business will have an area that feels upscale, and modern for parents; especially for moms to enjoy a chair massage, tan, exercise, glamour, sip a latte, or enjoy her laptop. The PlayCafe Spa supports the needs of both; parents and children. The Playcafe Spa eliminates the need for an outside babysitter, decreases separation anxiety, teaches healthy independence to children and new parents, and creates a culture of wholeness. The boutique play based learning areas, will promote creativity and exploratory thinking amongst children. Children wil make new friends in our own 'hello' environment, and societal prejudices won't interrupt here. The PlayCafe Spa is huge on muscle coordination, gait stability, fine motor skill development, increased mental acuity, and exercise. Our Energy centers will encompass free play and sensory equipment. The Energy Center will offer classes/events for creative movement, mental boosts, community partnerships, breastfeeding and more. The Cafe partner will have coffee, pastries and healthy snacks, and promote the Optavia lifestyle and personal coaching. Color and space coordination is a high focus on this design. The right professional wil be efficient in CAD design, virtual architectural software, building permits and code, interior design preferably with a children, spa, cafe-boutique creativity.
