braille translator to custom serial data

Project requires the grade 2 braille translation of up to 42 text characters single line of text and outputting data to a custom controller that accepts serial data from a virtual comm port by way of usb to serial adapter. We are looking for a GUI that one can type a line of text into and will output the correct string of data. the data needs to be able to left, center and right justify. characters needed include A-Z, 0-9, and some symbols. (keyboard characters). The data will be sent to the controller which handles up to 42 physical characters. Text needs to be first translated to grade 2 braille and then converted into commands to send to the controller. If you are unfamiliar with grade 2 braille, you can look it up on google or wikipedia to see the translation. also you can look up duxbury systems. Info on what the controller uses for commands will be provided. User interface must be extremely easy to use, attractive and include our logos. Possibly a text input window, justification button and a send button.
