I need an App that makes performance management easy for people who don't know what they are doing.
Users need to be able to add employee profiles
Add expected goals in multiple employee groups
And input some raw data for te app to generate results on performance based upon the target for that particular employment group or category
The app then needs to generate a table or explanation of "this is what is expected... This is where employee is" and then needs to have a structured list of questions that are followed up by an action plan.
It needs to have a print feature based on the action plan, including the target table, as well as a history bank so previous action plans are also drawn on for future discussions. And can be printed to show employees progress or lack of.
There should also be the ability to make notes on the employee in between performance discussions and these should also be incorporated into the discussion set for the meeting so specific examples can be drawn on.
