hiding files in mp3 - steganography C++

write program in C++ (if possible - using I use borland c++ builder 6.0) which hides files in MP3 without changing its size (steganography). Cannot be done by putting data after EOF marker. Program should also extract hidden data from these files.
Code should be written with comments which help me understand it.

how the program should work: hiding: - load the mp3 file which will be a cover file - choose another file (doc, pdf, bmp etc) which will be hidden in mp3 file - inform if the file is too big to hide it within mp3 file - create new mp3 file which contains hidden file and save it extracting: - choose mp3 file which contain hidden file - extract file and save it there's no need to do graphic interface. it can work on command line interface.
