WPF UI improvements

I need someone to create an improved version of a WPF UI that I have created. Ideally it needs to look a lot cleaner and more professional than I have created before.
I have an application that displays a circle, that when clicked displays three circles. I have written the code for this already. What I am keen to ask the potential person is to improve the look and feel.
If you are strong skilled in this area, I do not see this taking more than a few hours.
If you are an up and coming WPF UI developer that has intermediate experience then maybe around a day of work for you, but I would recommend pricing yourself quite well as this is not a lot of work. But a quick earner.
