C# Microsoft App Developer on Visual Basic

Hi, We are specialist Excel Developers who are looking for an experienced programmer to build us an application for MS Excel.

The application will completely protect the workbook data and we intend to supply it with our spreadsheet with the most complicated data on it. We need the software to prevent anyone even putting in VBA code etc to allow the password to be cracked (better than password protecting sheets and workbooks!).

We want the sheet to be able to be sent around and only those with the app software to be able to put in a password. We have a designer that will put together the wireframes and theme for the app but we need someone to program in the password.

The password app will literally be clickable in the top navigaton, select down sheet, add in a password )and confirm password) an admin email address to allow it be reset then a lock button. Once this has happened if anyone opens that spreadsheet with or without the app installed they will be presented with a lock screen. IF they have the app they will have an option to put in the password, if not they will be present with a link to our site to request.

I want a full project price and also I will need the IP rights to be signed over as part of the contract. There will be further work supporting and developing the app further once the concept has been proven.

Will need to work on Excel 2013 mainly. If possible for backward integration then that would be great. However, someone with Excel 2003 should not be able to open the file.

Wireframes and design will be given to the winning bidder.
