Tell me how to create a network path

I need to create an ip address/network path so i can use AOMEI software to restore disk image back up using Share/NAS option from Google Drive.

File example: Disk [login to view URL]

I also want it to be encrypted so only i can access it using the password preferably two factor authentication.

P.S This is non profit work so i can pay 200 bucks as milestone payment, ignore the project fees.
