Looking For head chef for my Salad Bar

Hello fellow Chefs, my partner and I are looking to open a salad based restaurant in Siam Square. We're looking to hire and experiment a chef who can achieve the specifications in the description below:

-Experience with Salad Making

-Can Critique a Menu

-Can work with Kale and other healthy ingredients

-Understand Thai local taste

-Can create dish by looking at ingredients

-Have some prior knowledge in creating Salad sauces

-Able to guide/instruct a team of 2 or 3 salad makers

This will be a full time job and an opportunity to showcase your talent
