I need to create a proposal for a client and I am pressed for time I need some assistance creating a RFP and a wireframe for the project. I have the concept in my head I just dont have the time to sketch it out. This project is for someone that is familar with project documentation or wireframing. I am willing to work with two people on this however I would rather work with one person on both. Please provide some type of example of your pervious projects where you did this before. Also I would rather do this over the phone after all if I need to type it up then I guess I should just create the document myself :) We have a US 800 # that I can provide the willing bidder so there will be no cost to call me. Please, please understand that the ideal canidate my have a very good command of the english language for documentation process. Any question just send me a message I will respond ASAP

I can help, depending on the project size. problem is im not in the US and the 800 number isn´t useful. I´ve done a lot of specs in the past, so this one shouldn´t be a problem.
